Rate includes:

- Flexible check-in with a guaranteed 24-hour stay

- Flight details and estimated arrival time must be provided no later than one day prior to check-in

- Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe will result in the ineligibility for the benefits

- Superior and Deluxe Rooms do not include breakfast

- Executive Room reservations include breakfast for the following day. Guests arriving early who wish to dine on the check-in date may purchase breakfast separately

- During consecutive stays, light housekeeping services will be provided, including trash removal, replacement of fresh towels, and replenishment of tea amenities. Vacuuming and bed-making services are not included

- Light housekeeping services are available until 10:30 p.m. daily

- Same-day reservations are not accepted

- The room rate is excluding the daily buffet breakfast for children

- Only adult guests 12 years or older are admitted to access Executive Lounge - Le Salon on 17th floor
- Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and all benefits are non-refundable or redeemable for cash

Guarantee Policy:
Full prepayment for the room is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellatione Policy:
Cancellation within 3 days prior of arrival will forfeiture the the first night room charge. The first room night charge amount will be including the fee for enhance service selected.

【Parking Regulation】

  • The hotel offers free parking for reservation made from hotel official website, but only one car per room is allowed, and parking space is subject to availability.
  • The entrance of the parking lot is on Civic Boulevard, located on B4 to B5 floors of Q square shopping mall. (Maximum height restriction of two meters)
  • Hotel standard check in time is after 15:00PM, and check out time is before 11:00AM Parking prior to arrival or after check out is at additional charge (Weekday NT$60 per car per hour; Weekend NT$80 per car per hour).

【Extra fees for children】

  • • Children under 12 are allowed to stay in the same room with guests by sharing existing bedding.
  • Breakfast charges: Children under 6 years old are free for charge; children from 7~12 years old are subjects to additional charge.
  • All room packages are excluding child meals and subjects to additional charges according to policy at each restaurant.
