- The TaipeiEYE tickets are an exclusive benefit for hotel guests. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel by 3:00 PM on the day of the performance. Cancellations made after this time will be considered forfeited, and no changes, rescheduling will be permitted

Cancellatione Policy:
Cancellation within 3 days prior of arrival will forfeiture the the first night room charge. The first room night charge amount will be including the fee for enhance service selected.

【Parking Regulation】

  • The hotel offers free parking for reservation made from hotel official website, but only one car per room is allowed, and parking space is subject to availability.
  • The entrance of the parking lot is on Civic Boulevard, located on B4 to B5 floors of Q square shopping mall. (Maximum height restriction of two meters)
  • Hotel standard check in time is after 15:00PM, and check out time is before 11:00AM Parking prior to arrival or after check out is at additional charge (Weekday NT$60 per car per hour; Weekend NT$80 per car per hour).

【Extra fees for children】

  • • Children under 12 are allowed to stay in the same room with guests by sharing existing bedding.
  • Breakfast charges: Children under 6 years old are free for charge; children from 7~12 years old are subjects to additional charge.
